Rental Rates

• Rates and fees shown below do not include taxes
• Prime Time rates and fees are for rentals occurring from Friday to Saturday.
• Holiday bookings such as New Year's Eve, Valentines, Christmas/Boxing Day, St. Patrick's Day, Good Friday/Easter etc. shall be considered a prime time rate.
• Nonprime Time rates and fees are for rentals occurring from Sunday to Thursday.
• Special rates and fees are available for certain occasions.
• Rates include:
  - Tables & chairs  - Use of bar space
  - Use of kitchen and main appliances
  - Portable screen  - Podium  - Stage
  - Sound System  -  space
• Cordless Microphone (rental $25. plus damage deposit of 200.00 required) 
• To hold your booking date, we require a booking deposit of $250. for all rentals, such as Socials, Weddings, Banquets, Fundraisers etc that is due within two weeks of your booking reservation.
• A damage deposit of $600. is required for all liquor related bookings and must be received 14 days prior to rental date.
• Table and chair setup is the responsibility of the lessee unless other arrangements are negotiated. A reasonable amount of clean up is required of the lessee

Price is dependent on number of guards and hours security is hired to work the event.

Security is required for all liquor related functions with the exception of weddings.  The Centre hires security that is accredited with the appropriate certification and charges the Lessee for all actual costs.  Liquor and Gaming Assoc. (LGA) states on all occasional permits that there be 1 security guard for every 75 patrons. ie. if an occasional permit is taken out for the full capacity of the hall which is 539, then 7 security personnel are to be coordinated.  As per the Lac du Bonnet Community Centre Policy states, SOCIALS require that we hire a bonded, licensed Security company at our discretion.
